The Bylaws, Rules & Ethics Committee is set to prepare wording for changes in the bylaws bylaws as necessary for recommendation to the Board and Council. Interpreting existing bylaws when necessary. Conduct preliminary investigations and due process hearings as necessary for referred matters regarding ethics.
Committee is selected during Summer Board meeting.
Approximately 4 conference calls per year.
1 meeting per year at PPA Headquarters.
1 meeting per year at Imaging USA.
